Job Description
Our client is a leading packaging manufacturer for the most luxurious beauty brands in the industry, and they are seeking a Project Manager to manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution from brief to delivery. This position requires strong technical understanding of print or packaging production workflows and excellent project management skills to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from client brief to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and specifications are met.
- Oversee project documentation, including schedules, cost tracking, and production progress reports.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow and clear communication.
- Lead client and internal meetings, providing status updates and addressing any project issues promptly.
- Process and manage orders using internal MIS or ERP systems to ensure accurate production instructions.
- Maintain project visibility through reporting tools, tracking progress and identifying potential risks.
- Manage and resolve operational challenges that may affect timelines or quality standards.
- Support the wider business with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or account coordination within print, packaging, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, documentation, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MIS/ERP systems.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in commercial print or print management is highly desirable
