Project Manager- Support Launch in Lisle

Hours: 8am-5pm 40 hours per week

 Support Launch Director in helping manage cross-functional integration across C8R workstreams and sub-workstreams

- manage our workstream deliverables and translate that into clear and actionable project management deliverables

- Run Peer Reviews/Integration Workshops, as needed, across workstreams and functional teams to facilitate alignment and consolidate effective execution plans

•Track Launch Readiness KPI and scorecard

•Use PMO tool (Adobe WorkFront) to track & manage all of C8R deliverables

•Works with functional teams who delivers the work and provide feedback/guidance for senior leadership presentation & reporting

•When closer to launch, can support Q/VC build and customer order solicitation process, working with engineering, PMO & sale ops (administrative support)

*******experience using PMO tools like Adobe Workfront, Monday.com, or Equivalent 

 We are looking for someone (most likely 6) who has:

•              Experience with complex product launches  (non-engineering)

•              Experience with commercial op/business + product integration

•              Managed ambiguity and shifting timelines
