Summary We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on delivering operational excellence. To support growth, you will be the project lead for an implementation of a new warehouse within East Anglia and other projects from automation rollouts to process optimization and system integrations, ensuring every initiative lands on time, within budget, and beyond expectation. What You’ll Do Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end warehouse and logistics projects. Work cross-functionally with Operations, IT, HR and Finance to drive project success. Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Champion efficiency and sustainability across all project workstreams. What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing projects in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and systems (WMS, ERP, automation). Excellent communication, stakeholder, and problem-solving skills. SmartSheet and PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) desirable. A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for direction; you create momentum.
