Civil Engineering Project Manager – Chicago Office

We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic Chicago office. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through construction.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and client communication.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Collaborate closely with other offices in Chicago, Denver, and Dallas on cross-disciplinary projects.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, reports, cost estimates, and permit applications.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
• Drive innovation and sustainable solutions in urban design and infrastructure.

Expertise In:

• Civil site design and land development
• Stormwater management, modeling, and green infrastructure
• Roadway design and municipal improvements
• Construction documentation and permitting processes
• AutoCAD Civil 3D and other civil engineering software
• Team leadership and client engagement
• Regulatory standards (IDOT, CDOT, MWRD, etc.)
• Public and private infrastructure project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in a project management role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Passion for sustainable, community-centered engineering solutions
