HVAC Project Manager – Greater Boston Area

We have been partnered with this mechanical contractor for four years now! They have had plenty of opportunity for growth, longevity and project consistency.

This is a high-impact HVAC Project Manager role with real growth potential. You’ll lead commercial projects from start to finish, working with a team that values autonomy, professionalism, and results.

Compensation & Perks:

• $120K–$150K base salary

What You’ll Do:

• Manage HVAC projects from kickoff to closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subs, vendors & clients
• Ensure timelines, budgets & quality standards are met

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in HVAC or mechanical project management
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Ability to read blueprints & manage field operations
