- Degree in Construction Management or other construction related degree
- 8+ years of construction experience (preferably with a general contractor)
- Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process
- Estimating/precon experience
- Prior commercial construction experience
- Ability to work closely within a team setting
- Potential to grow into leadership role
- Strong presentation and desire to client face
