Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Program Management Coordinator II to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to drive successful program execution. As a key point of contact, you will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, internal leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver results on deadline and ensure client needs are met as projects evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Break projects into actionable tasks, set timeframes, and assign tasks to internal teams
- Assist with schedule management and monitor project progress against baseline schedules
- Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution and communicate project status
- Help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, and monitor performance, plans, and expenditures
- Identify and address issues through proper communication and escalation
- Work with the Program Manager to remove roadblocks
- Utilize tools to monitor and control program performance
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and status reports
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal leadership, IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads, and Program Administrators to accomplish objectives
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least 3 years of relevant experience
- A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Fundamental MS Office skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks, strong organization skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication, client-facing, and teamwork skills
Experience:
- Development of proposals, including administrative tasks
- Data entry into project management systems
- Collaborating with internal leadership, vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Conflict resolution, particularly related to resource assignments
- Monitoring project progress against baseline schedules and driving process improvements
