Job Description
Role: Project Manager
Location: Southampton, NY
Salary: $160K-$170K + Benefits
We’re a high-end home builder in the Hamptons, known for creating bespoke, one-of-a-kind residences. We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a proven track record managing luxury homes valued between $6-12 million.
You’ll be the person driving our projects from start to finish, keeping everything on schedule, on budget, and meeting the exacting standards our clients expect. From working with architects and designers to managing trades and suppliers, you’ll be at the heart of every build.
Responsibilities:
- Significant experience as a Project Manager on luxury residential projects in the Hamptons.
- Strong track record with $10M+ homes.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, regulations, and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational skills, leadership, and communication.
- Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Experience Required:
- Overseeing all phases of construction, from planning to final handover.
- Coordinating with architects, designers, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process.
