About the Job :

Taza Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects. This role requires Procore certification, strong project management expertise, and the ability to manage projects from pre-construction through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and risk management while maintaining client satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.

Role Description:

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning, budgeting, execution, to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
• Utilize Procore to track project progress, manage documentation, and streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA safety standards.
• Select, negotiate, and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and procurement processes.
• Conduct regular site visits (1-2 times per week) to monitor progress and ensure project specifications are met.
• Lead and facilitate weekly progress meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Oversee cost estimation, bidding processes, and change orders, ensuring cost-effective project execution.
• Manage and resolve challenges related to project delays, site logistics, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing project updates.
• Ensure high safety standards by conducting risk assessments and enforcing on-site safety protocols.
• Mentor and train junior project managers and site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Required).
• Procore Certification (Mandatory) with advanced proficiency in construction management software.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project,Ms Office, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects ranging from $1M to $15M.
• OSHA 30 Certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel to job sites for project oversight.
