Project Manager - Finance (Work Package / R2R Exposure)\n Contract Length:12 months (possible extension)\n Pay rate: £600 per day via umbrella inside IR35 \n Hybrid working | Windsor office as required\n\nWe are recruiting a Project Manager - Finance to support a key work package within the same large‑scale finance transformation programme.\n\nThis role is ideal for a strong, delivery‑focused mid‑level Project Manager who enjoys working across multiple, interconnected workstreams and bringing structure to complex environments.\n\nThe role\n\nYou'll support delivery across a broad finance work package covering areas such as Record‑to‑Report, Treasury and related finance activities, helping to coordinate planning, manage interdependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned.\n\nRather than deep subject‑matter expertise, this role requires someone who can see the bigger picture, ask the right questions, and calmly bring order to a busy, change‑heavy environment.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\nCoordinate delivery across multiple finance‑related workstreams\nBuild and maintain integrated project plans\nIdentify and manage dependencies, overlaps and delivery risks\nSupport prioritisation in a resource‑constrained environment\nEngage and manage a wide range of finance stakeholders\nProvide clear updates on progress, risks and next steps\nOperate effectively within a structured delivery frameworkKey skills & experience\n\nDemonstrable experience as a Project Manager delivering business or finance change\nStrong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills\nComfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements\nAbility to operate independently and add structure without over‑engineering\nExposure to finance or finance transformation programmes\nExperience working across multiple workstreams or complex dependencies\nAnalytical or business‑analysis mindsetPlease note: Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
