The Opportunity

As our Project Manager, youll oversee multiple initiatives from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys optimizing processes, managing stakeholders, and driving results.

Accountable for

• Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources; conduct cost analysis and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, IT, and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
• Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and workflows for greater efficiency.
• Leverage Salesforce and CoPilot for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Act as or develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned areas.
• Step outside core responsibilities when needed to support organizational success.

Qualifications

• 37years of project management or related experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience strongly .
• Solid CRM and reporting background with attention to documentation and accuracy.
• PMP (or equivalent) certification is a plus.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery.
• PMP Certification a plus.

Compensation

• $90,000-$140,000 depending on experience
