Project Manager – Signage\n Location: Nottingham\n\nI’m currently working with a well-established and growing organisation in the signage industry that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from concept through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced role and enjoys seeing projects through from initial brief to installation.\n\nThe Role\n In this position, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlan and manage projects from initiation to completion.\nAct as the main client contact, providing updates and managing expectations.\nMonitor budgets, track costs, and ensure projects remain financially on target.\nIdentify and manage risks, addressing issues proactively to keep projects on track.\nOversee quality control and ensure all deliverables meet client requirements.\nDrive timelines, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and reporting.\nManage project closeout, securing client approval and sign-off.About You\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within signage, construction, or a related industry.\nStrong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.\nExcellent communication and negotiation abilities, with strong client management skills.\nConfident using project management tools and software.\nProblem-solving mindset, able to make decisions under pressure.\nDetail-oriented, with a passion for delivering quality work.
