Job Description

Cloud Project Manager - £70,000\n Ensure smooth project lifecycle by working closely with other key leaders including Sales, Presales, Consultancy and Engineering. \n Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Team Leads, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators. \n Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and resource planning.

\n Demonstrable track record of managing IT Projects and programs across broad technology stack including Cloud, Infrastructure, Azure, M365, Data etc \n Review sales bids ensuring accurate/realistic project delivery days are given \n Review, track and report on project budgets, forecasts, and profitability. \n\n Data driven analysis and reviews on customers, team and get team on board with the importance of being data driven \n Promote professional growth to teams across Project Management, ensuring high performance and driving staff satisfaction \n Build plans for career development and succession planning – always giving your team something to strive for \n Strive for perfection across team, aiming to complete all projects in time and to the highest possible standards \n Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, ensuring accurate visibility of project status and PM performance. \n Assist in scoping new opportunities when needed, identifying risks and aligning sales/project team capabilities.
