Join the Fortune 5 Team as the operational backbone that keeps product launches, supplier onboarding, and catalog accuracy running smoothly. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of critical sourcing workflows: managing product lifecycle tasks in our Gateway system, maintaining catalog data across multiple platforms, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly so Sourcing Managers can focus on strategy and supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
\n
Gateway / PLM Execution (~60% of time)
\n
• Complete in-tool tasks within the Gateway PLM system
\n
• Collect and upload supplier documents (specs, certifications, artwork)
\n
• Create, update, and archive product records
\n
• Execute discontinuation projects end-to-end
\n
• Coordinate RFP documentation and intake
\n
• Perform launch readiness checks and resolve task blockers
\n
Catalog & Systems Maintenance (~25% of time)
\n
• Update product data in Unified Cost Portal
\n
• Set up items in ICON and process NIF requests
\n
• Execute ad hoc catalog update requests from SMs
\n
• Resolve Transportation PO issues (WePay-related)
\n
Escalation Support & Documentation (~15% of time)
\n
• Manage and resolve SIM tickets
\n
• Triage supply chain escalations to appropriate owners
\n
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) as work is executed
\n
\n
Basic Qualifications
\n
• 2+ years of experience in data entry, operations coordination, or administrative support
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple systems and browser-based tools simultaneously
\n
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy on repetitive, process-driven tasks
\n
• Ability to follow documented procedures independently with minimal oversight
\n
• Comfortable with high-volume workloads and binary completion criteria (e.g., upload complete, task checked off)
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and general web-based applications
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
• Prior experience with internal tools or systems
\n
• Experience with PLM, product lifecycle, or product data management tools
\n
• Background in CPG, grocery, or retail sourcing/procurement environments
\n
• Experience writing or maintaining SOPs and process documentation
\n
\n
This posting is for a contract assignment with a Fortune 5 Client.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40/hour - $45/hour.
