Your new area of responsibility

• Overall responsibility for the planning, management and success of SAP S/4HANA migration projects
• Management of the German core team and close collaboration with colleagues in India
• Governance and communication in the client environment at all levels
• Ensuring quality, deadlines and adherence to budget
• Risk and escalation management

What you need for your new role

• Several years of experience in managing complex SAP transformation projects
• Deep understanding of SAP R/3 and S/4HANA
• Experience in managing international delivery teams (nearshore/offshore)
• Very good communication skills and a confident manner with customers
• Business fluent in German and English
