Summary:
A growing construction company is seeking a Construction Project Manager within the Multifamily project sector to oversee complex projects from start to finish. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site activities, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and compliance with local codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address risks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to review and adjust project plans.
- Implement safety and quality guidelines, including daily site walks and weekly tailgate meetings.
- Oversee documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and reports.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Assistant PM, PM, Sr. PM, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., ProCore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and construction best practices.

- Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 annually.
