Role Description We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with PMP certification for a Full-Time position to lead complex technology and business transformation project from initiation through delivery. The Project Manager will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to ensure successful outcomes that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in accordance with PMI-PMP standards. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and executive sponsors. Develop and maintain detailed project plans , including schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation. Oversee project budgets and financial forecasting; monitor cost performance and ensure compliance with approved baselines. Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues ; develop mitigation and contingency plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, and vendor partners to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Facilitate stakeholder communication through status reports, steering committee updates, and executive presentations . Apply change management practices , ensuring adoption and transition to new processes, systems, or products. Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement measures to enhance project outcomes. Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Primavera for tracking progress and dependencies. Mentor team members in project management best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and delivery excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification (Project Management Professional) in good standing. 5 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within IT, software, or business transformation domains. Proven experience managing projects over $1M with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models . Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Superior written and verbal communication abilities. Skills Experience with any public sector projects. Knowledge of PMO governance, procurement, and vendor management . Familiarity with MS Project, Jira or similar tools.
