Location: Mobile role across Lancashire & Yorkshire (including Salford, Leeds, Liverpool, York)\nSalary: Up to £58,000 + Car Allowance\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00\n\nBenefits\n\n * Car allowance\n\n * Private healthcare\n\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Health cash plan\n\n * Retail, gym and lifestyle discounts\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis is a key position responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of small works and projects. The role covers everything from reactive maintenance works through to structured capital projects, requiring a balanced approach to governance, delivery and stakeholder management.\n\nYou will ensure all works are delivered safely, compliantly and efficiently while maintaining strong commercial and operational control.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Lead the delivery of multiple small works and project activities across varying scales\n\n * Manage the full lifecycle of projects including scoping, pricing, planning, procurement, delivery and handover\n\n * Oversee commercial performance, including cost control, change management and financial reporting\n\n * Develop and manage delivery programmes, balancing reactive works with planned projects\n\n * Procure and manage subcontractors and supply chain partners\n\n * Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management\n\n * Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, Health & Safety legislation and permit systems\n\n * Review and approve RAMS and associated project documentation\n\n * Coordinate with operational teams to support smooth delivery, including access and out-of-hours works\n\n * Maintain accurate project records and reporting documentation\n\n * Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes\n\nAbout You\n\n * Proven experience managing both projects and small works within FM, M&E, construction or engineering environments\n\n * Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including reactive and planned works\n\n * Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and Health & Safety requirements\n\n * Commercial awareness with experience in cost control, forecasting and reporting\n\n * Experience managing supply chains across a range of project sizes\n\n * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nAdditional Benefits\n\n * Career progression opportunities\n\n * Cycle to Work scheme\n\n * Employee Assistance Programme (including health, legal and financial support)\n\n * Access to health assessments and wellbeing services\n\nWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of , , reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, and maternity, , or belief, or
