As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager who embodies leadership, efficiency, and strong personal character to join our team.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day painting operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality while training the next of painters. This role requires someone who can lead with confidence, streamline operations, teach others well, and uphold our company’s reputation for integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage residential painting projects from start to finish.

Supervise and coordinate crews to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Resolve issues proactively with professionalism and fairness.

Uphold safety standards and company values on every job site.

Raise up the next of painters.

Leadership: Ability to guide, motivate, and inspire teams to perform at their best and provide an over-the-top, 5-star customer experience every time. 

Efficiency: Strong organizational, delegation, and time-management skills to keep projects on track

Character: A person of integrity, honesty, and professionalism who leads by example.

Qualifications:

Experience in project management (painting or construction industry)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
