Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record leading divestitures, carve-outs, or large-scale separation programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing:
* Data Migration
* Network Migration & Infrastructure Separation
* Cloud Infrastructure Migration (Azure )
* Application Migration
* & Access Management
* Cutover Planning and Business Readiness
* Executive Stakeholder Management
 
This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end planning and execution across multiple business and technology workstreams, ensuring successful separation and migration activities while minimizing business disruption.
Looking for qualified candidates who have demonstrated experience delivering complex IT separation programs within regulated or large enterprise environments.
