Position Overview
The Residential Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets specifications.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
