Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHumCap's client is seeking a hands-on Project Manager with experience in QA or software development projects, ideally within a SaaS environment. This role focuses on driving process improvements, coordinating testing efforts, and managing feature development timelines. Strong boundary-setting and prioritization skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA and software development project initiatives
- Drive prioritization of software tests and regression testing
- Establish and improve QA project processes in a distributed QA model
- Triage and manage test case escalations
- Coordinate deadlines across multiple QA contributors
- Support testing for content delivery and feature development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product and feature roadmap
- Utilize JIRA and Kanban boards for tracking and reporting
Requirements
- U.S. or Green Card Holder (required)
- Comfortable working on site for 5 days/week in Plano, TX
- Experience managing QA or software development projects in a small or
mid-size SaaS company OR background as a QA Manager open to transitioning into a PM role - Familiarity with JIRA and Kanban methodologies
- PMP or PMO certification not required
