Project Manager / Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This position will begin as part-time training and transition into full-time coverage while our current coordinator is on maternity leave. After her return, this role will continue as a part-time or full-time Office Assistant, depending on company needs and candidate interest.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in project management, construction coordination, or office administration within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project schedules, timelines, and punch lists.
• Communicate and coordinate with construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates and maintaining strong communication.
• Schedule meetings, walkthroughs, and site visits.
• Assist with estimates, vendor quotes, and material orders.
• Organize and maintain job documentation and records.
• Support design and material selections (paint, flooring, fixtures, etc.).
• Track and document all customer selections, updates, and changes.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Experience in construction, design, or project coordination is a plus—but not required.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Part-time training for the first few months
• Full-time during maternity leave coverage
• Opportunity to stay on as part-time or full-time office assistant afterward
