Project Manager - Process & Controls
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our projects within the Food, Beverage, and Pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sanitary system design and controls integration, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and collaboration
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including P&IDs and process design specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and project status reports
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Oversee the integration of SCADA and instrumentation solutions into project designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical industries
- Proven experience with CIP/SIP, sanitary system design, and P&IDs
- Strong knowledge of process design and controls integration
- Experience with SCADA and instrumentation systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- PMP or PE nice to have
