An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team. The company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality schemes across a range of sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, and residential.\n\nYou will initially lead the delivery of an extension and refurbishment to a retail store from inception through to completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFull lifecycle management of projects\nProgramme planning, coordination, and on-site delivery\nManaging subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams\nEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards\nMaintaining strong client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact\nOverseeing health & safety compliance across all phasesAbout You\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry\nStrong background delivering a broad range of projects\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\nCommercial awareness and problem-solving capability\nRelevant construction qualifications including SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS cardBuilding Careers UK are specialist in Construction and Property recruitment.
