We’re a small, family-owned pool construction company with a big passion for quality work and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Project Manager to help oversee day-to-day pool construction projects from start to finish.

In this role, you'll be out in the field every day—visiting job sites, keeping everything on track, and making sure the finished product meets our high standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a tight-knit team, and seeing real results from their work.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit and oversee active job sites daily

• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards at every phase

• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Pick up and deliver materials as needed

• Keep job sites clean and organized

• Assist with light physical work when necessary

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to keep everyone informed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in pool construction or general construction is a plus

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Self-starter with good time management and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn the ins and outs of pool building

• Training provided – ideal for someone eager to grow in a hands-on role

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
