Job Description

Position Summary

The Project Manager – will oversee the on-site execution of product installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. This role requires hands-on construction experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors and client expectations in dynamic field environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation of specialized construction products on sites across various regions.
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the company, contractors, and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, logistics, and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
  • Resolve field issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules, reports, and change orders.
  • Support commissioning and handover processes for completed installations.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field ; equivalent experience considered.
    • 3+ years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
    • Familiarity with commercial or industrial construction systems and infrastructure products.
    • Strong understanding of construction site safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
    • Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
