Project Manager in Phoenix

Job Description

We've partnered with a growing renewable energy manufacturer in Phoenix to find a Project Manager who can take ownership of solar racking projects from planning through delivery. If you're someone who keeps timelines tight, costs on track, and cross-functional teams aligned, this role is worth a look.

:

• Track project tasks and milestones, ensuring the right work happens in the right sequence
• Identify and communicate deviations from plan and develop corrective actions to recover timing and cost
• Monitor cost targets regularly and coordinate actions to stay on budget
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans shared with internal teams and external partners
• Support prototype fabrication, parts sourcing, testing, and report preparation
• Determine material requirements and manage sourcing
• Support production operations through industrial engineering and continuous improvement activities

:

• Hands-on experience with project management and PM softwares
• Background in cost analysis, including target costing
• Experience with process improvement, manufacturing engineering, and inventory control
• Strong time management and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

:

• Familiarity with solar racking, mounting systems, or related manufacturing processes
• Experience coordinating with external fabrication shops and vendors
• Background in product introduction or new component development
