Job Title: Project Manager-Electrical Construction

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Desert Southwest Regional Office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (Base 1 year plus 4 option years)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to provide critical support to the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Desert Southwest Regional Office (DSW). In this role, you will serve as a technical expert and "Owner’s Engineer" for multiple large-scale electric power transmission projects. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from planning and preliminary design through permitting, construction, and closeout—of high-voltage infrastructure facilities.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university.
• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in engineering, construction, or utility infrastructure
