The Project Manager will partner with an Account Executive to assist and educate clients in order to profitably grow sales as well as monitor internal production of jobs to ensure client specifications and deadlines are met. Project Manager will be required to develop expertise in industry trends, standards and practices in order to speak knowledgeably about Colorchrome’s products and services with potential and current clients as well as production staff.

Primary duties/responsibilities:

• Project manage all aspects of each client job, from inception to completion.
• Consult, collaborate with and advise Clients, in partnership with Account Executive, on Colorchrome’s services and substrate options – in-person and via phone, email and video conferencing.
• Manage incoming sales inquiries and quote requests from new and existing clients.
• Provide clients with accurate and competitive, yet profitable, price quotes.
• Master internal sales software in order to enter job orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on existing clients, leads, prospects, and opportunities.
• Stay informed on design and manufacturing trends in the printing, art, framing & hospitality industries.
• Develop strong business relationships with identified accounts, always seeking opportunities to gain market share.
• Ask discovery questions, when working with clients, to uncover needs and advise solutions.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and Account Executive to calculate and confirm amount of material needed for each job and to ensure all materials needed for job completion are on-site on time.
• Coordinate with Production, Framing and Shipping Managers to ensure jobs are completed effectively, according to customer specifications, and on-time with a minimum of defects or mistakes.
• Arrange for orders to be shipped/couriered to the correct location or picked up at Colorchrome.
• Arrange for installation of completed jobs.
• Invoice completed orders.
• Follow up with clients regarding final satisfaction with the product/experience.
• Collect monies due and apply payments to invoices, ensuring that all Colorchrome invoices are paid in full and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned, while working according to Colorchrome’s values.

Desired Skills & Background

• Experience in interior design, art, custom framing and/or printing industries is strongly
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to work autonomously, with a proven track record of success
• Strong problem solving skills and strategic thinking ability required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, project management and/or sales required
• Strong math skills required
• Creative thinking skills - bringing fresh perspective & new ideas
• Collaborative selling style is a must
• Must be an effective relationship builder – people person
• Capable of effectively communicating with high-level management as well as day-to-day contacts
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required

Full-time position based in Norcross, GA – primarily Monday through Friday but hours/days may vary
