Project Manager NEEDED - Civil Construction in Amarillo

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction, site development, and concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff to closeout
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, job costing, billing, and change orders
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact
• Review contracts, plans, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Partner with field teams to ensure successful project execution
• Identify project risks and manage final closeout activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in civil construction, site development, or concrete construction
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and contracts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Procore, HCSS, or similar construction management software
• Sage or equivalent accounting software
