- Lead and manage multiple building and construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns or changes.
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and permits to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction, providing timely solutions.
- Ensure all safety standards and regulations are strictly followed throughout the project life cycle.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Preference for 5-7 years of experience as a project manager with a diverse range of projects.
- BS degree highly desirable in construction management or similar.
- Experience running multiple projects at once.
- Experience with estimating specifically for hard bids is a plus but not required.
- Experience running projects from ground up ($10M+).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management software such as Project or Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Pre-construction knowledge.
- Design build experience is a plus.
