Job Description

Our client is a leading GC based in Miami, Florida. They specialize in commercial construction projects.

Position Overview

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing ground-up and/or interior renovation projects, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion on time and within budget.

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience as a PM for a GC.
• Strong portfolio of commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, estimating, and construction documents.
