Architectural Project Manager in Mesa

Job DescriptionJob Description  PHNX Design is seeking an experienced and highly organized project manager to join our growing team.

We are collaborative architectural firm focused on delivering high-quality design solutions while maintaining strong client relationships, efficient project execution, and financial accountability. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing architectural projects from concept through construction. 

Position Overview:
The project manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, with budget, and in alignment with firm standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibility:

  • Manage projects from schematics design through construction administration 
  • Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate internal design teams and consultants
  • Coordinate and manage city submittals 
  • Review drawings for quality control and compliance 
  • Attend client meetings and site visits as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architectural
  • 5+ years of project management in an architectural firm  
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and detailing 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  •  Licensed Architect - not required
  • Experienced with commercial and/or mixed-used projects 
  • Want to grow into a leadership role within the firm
