Project Manager - Building Envelope Location: North West (UK-wide projects) Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 package The Opportunity I am representing a well-established specialist subcontractor operating within the building envelope sector. The company delivers high-quality, technically driven projects for reputable main contractors across the UK and has built a strong reputation for reliability, professionalism and attention to detail. With a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple schemes. The environment is supportive, stable and well suited to individuals who enjoy taking full ownership of projects while working within a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle from pre-start to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery. Oversee site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams. Develop and maintain project programmes, RAMS, technical documentation and progress reports. Coordinate with main contractors, consultants and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards at all stages. Monitor budgets, procurement, commercial performance and cost control measures. Support design coordination and technical decision-making when required. What We're Looking For Essential: Strong experience managing building envelope, façades, roofing, and cladding projects with a specialist subcontractor or similar technical discipline. Excellent project planning, organisation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision. Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, procurement, variations and forecasting. A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality and safety.
