What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead on full-cycle project delivery—from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality all stay on point.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple HVAC/mechanical projects ranging from $500K to $10M+

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

• Coordinate with field superintendents and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution

• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, consultants, and vendors

• Drive RFI and submittal processes

• Monitor job cost reports and project forecasts

• Lead project meetings and ensure action items are addressed

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, local codes, and contract specifications

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC project management on projects over $3M in sizde

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and controls

• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and field coordination

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
