Project Manager Mechanical

Trade Cover Recruitment are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a solid background in the construction industry to join our growing team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage both Mechanical and Electrical project teams and is comfortable working as both a Principal Contractor and a Subcontractor.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Lead and manage mechanical and electrical teams across medium to large-scale construction projects (values ranging from £5 million to £25 million).\n * \n Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of M&E works on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.\n * \n Act as the primary point of contact for clients and main contractors, representing the business in a professional and competent manner.\n * \n Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all project elements.\n * \n Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables.\n * \n Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety and quality standards.\nKey Requirements:\n * \n Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry.\n * \n Strong mechanical background, with the ability to oversee both mechanical and electrical disciplines.\n * \n Experience delivering projects as both a Main Contractor and a Subcontractor.\n * \n Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with clients and project teams on behalf of a Main Contractor.\n * \n Experience with medium to large-scale projects (from £5M to £25M).\n * \n Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
