Project Manager/Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an energetic, well organized Project Manager/Maintenance Manager to run our
Maintenance Department. We are a residential apartment management company, managing 600
apartments in the Fan area of Richmond. We do all maintenance in house, including HVAC, electrical,
plumbing, carpentry. HVAC certification and at least 4 years experience doing HVAC maintenance is
required. You will manage a crew of 4-6 maintenance technicians, providing organizational skills and
mentoring when needed. You will be expected to be in the field performing and supervising
maintenance requests 60-80% of the time, and in the office 20-40% of the time.

This is a salaried position, $60,000-$80,000 annually depending upon experience.
