Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 plus package

Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. The role involves full responsibility for project performance across health & safety, quality, programme, and cost.
You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery in a safe, efficient, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environmental Management

Prepare and implement Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans
*
Create site logistics, environmental, and waste management plans
*
Monitor site health, safety, and welfare standards
*
Support site safety audits and ensure timely reporting of incidents
Project & Programme Delivery
*
Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes and procurement schedules
*
Coordinate with subcontractors and manage RFIs and pre-start meetings
*
Ensure timely delivery of project information and track progress
*
Maintain project documentation and quality records
Design & Technical Oversight
*
Liaise with the Design Team and attend/lead design development meetings
*
Ensure design compliance and manage Building Control relationships
*
Confirm guarantees and warranties for design & build elements
Stakeholder & Team Management
*
Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and stakeholders
*
Lead internal team meetings and review team performance
*
Ensure all project roles and responsibilities are clearly defined
*
Monitor and support team training and development
Commercial Support & Risk Management
*
Attend commercial and project review (CVR) meetings
*
Maintain clear records of delays, disruptions, and contractual communications
*
Report major risks to the Contracts Manager promptly
*
Support post-completion activities, including lessons learned and project close-down
