Job Description

Prism Connect is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - Marine to join our client, a reputable ship building company based in Aberdeenshire, United Kingdom. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and coordinate marine-related projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeframe. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all aspects of marine construction projects, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety. The role requires a proactive approach to project management in a marine environment, with the ability to navigate complex logistical and regulatory requirements, whilst fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within the Ship Building or marine sector
• Extensive knowledge of marine construction processes and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Deep understanding of project budgeting, planning, and risk management
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
