Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

M&A Project Leadership

● Serve as the primary project manager for all M&A technology efforts, from

initial scoping through go-live.

● Conduct deep-dive facility assessments to identify gaps, requirements, risks, and

necessary integrations.

● Develop and manage full project plans including scope, timelines, budgets,

milestones, and delivery expectations.

● Drive alignment across all participating teams—including Infrastructure,

Applications, Networking, Security, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Facilities.

Technology Assessment & Integration

● Identify all applications, systems, and equipment required for operational

readiness at new facilities.

● Lead the documentation and execution of integration plans for telephony,

network, clinical applications, end-user devices, remote access, and corporate

systems.

● Ensure all equipment is staged, configured, deployed, and validated prior to

go-live.

● Oversee build and configuration work to ensure technology standards and best

• practices are maintained.
