Project Manager – Operational Change – Hybrid – £60,000 plus benefits

We are recruiting a Project Manager to deliver operational change projects across a complex, multi-site organisation.

\n

\n

You will manage change projects across a variety of locations and workforce groups, ensuring they are delivered to clear and fixed timelines. This is a 12-month contract offering hybrid working, with 1–2 days per week onsite.

\n

\n

What you will be doing:

• Deliver workforce and operational change projects across multiple sites

\n

• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets and dependencies

\n

• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure delivery against key milestones

\n

• Work closely with operational teams, site leaders and senior stakeholders

\n

• Provide clear project updates and documentation

\n

• Support the successful implementation and adoption of change

\n

\n

\n

• Project management experience within a complex, multi-site organisation

• Experience in retail, logistics, warehousing, healthcare or a similar operational environment

\n

• A proven track record of delivering projects to fixed timelines

\n

• Strong organisational and stakeholder-management skills
