Depending on client requirements and experience level, the Project Manager may oversee one or multiple projects at a time.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet with senior management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costsDevelop detailed project plans and revise them as requirements evolveAllocate project tasks based on staff skills, experience and strengthsMonitor project performance to ensure timely deliveryCompile and submit project status reports to clients, management and stakeholders Work effectively with all relevant stakeholders to support efficient project implementationProvide strong leadership, customer relations and communication across all project interfacesSkills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of health and safety protocolsFamiliarity with industry ISO standardsConfident communicator with clients and stakeholders across varied sectorsLeadership capabilityExcellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skillsQualifications & RequirementsIn-date CSCS card supported by a recognised qualification (NVQ, HNC/HND, degree or equivalent)SMSTSFirst Aid at WorkHNC in Construction Management (or equivalent), or qualified by experienceVettingApplicants must have the right to work in the UK.Employment is subject to satisfactory security screening where required by the client.Some projects may require DBS, BPSS, or client-specific security clearance.Candidates must be able to provide information necessary to complete the vetting process, including verification of employment and address history.Successful applicants must maintain any security clearance required for the projects they are assigned to.Salary & Package £70,000 depending on experience Car allowanceTPBN1_UKTJ
