The Job Global Content Operations (GCO) oversees worldwide post-production services and is responsible for sourcing, creating, customizing, and localizing content from our studios, producers, marketers, and third-party distributors. This content is delivered across all global outlets including Streaming, TV Networks, Theatrical Exhibitors, Home Entertainment Licensing Clients, Marketing, Advertising, and Publicity. Our post-production operations span the US, LATAM, and Europe, supporting a content supply chain that serves over 3,000 platforms, 600 channels, 18 proprietary streaming services, and theaters in more than 200 territories. We localize content in over 68 . We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support strategic change initiatives within GCO. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field, who excel in dynamic, cross-functional environments. Typical programs and projects include organizational transformation, media supply chain technology implementations and integrations, and new product launches (e.g., HBO Max). The Daily Stakeholder Support & Coordination Collaborate with stakeholders across GCO to plan, track, and communicate project objectives. Act as a key contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely updates and support throughout the project lifecycle. Project Tracking & Reporting Support the maintenance of project plans, timelines, and status reports. Ensure accurate documentation of progress, risks, and issues. Assist in preparing updates for leadership and stakeholders. Communication & Engagement Facilitate ongoing communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines. Risk & Dependency Management Assist in identifying and tracking project risks and dependencies. Help coordinate mitigation strategies and maintain visibility across teams. Documentation & Process Support Manage project documentation including business cases, requirements intake, and sign-off records. Support periodic reviews to ensure documentation is up to date. Global Collaboration Coordinate with regional teams to support global change initiatives. Help manage efforts across time zones and business units. The Essentials Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally within a professional services or media company Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS PowerPoint Strong organizational skills Eagerness to learn about the media industry Strong written communication skills The Nice to Haves Relevant qualification in Program or Project Management Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Atlassian, Monday, Asana, MS Project) Background in post-production or media operations
