We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading international marketing production agency, working onsite with one of their key global FMCG clients. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll manage the delivery of complex print, POS and retail campaigns across European markets — ensuring flawless execution, consistency, and brand excellence at every stage. Act as day-to-day contact for the client, managing briefs from initial concept through to production and delivery Oversee the end-to-end management of retail marketing projects including POS, printed materials, and in-store activations Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Manage artwork, print, and production workflows, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, procurement, and agency teams Proven experience in account or project management within retail marketing, print production, or promotional activation Background in managing campaigns for FMCG or consumer brands (global or regional level ) Strong understanding of POS, print, and promotional materials Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — both client-facing and internal Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects What’s on Offer Opportunity to work on a high-profile global FMCG brand with strong creative output Collaborative, international team environment Competitive salary and benefits package
