Project Manager

Position Overview
The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day delivery of security escort services at Vandenberg Space Force Base. This role ensures that personnel are scheduled, equipped, and supervised effectively, and serves as the primary point of contact between the contractor and government representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all escort operations and staffing assignments.
• Maintain daily communication with government representatives and respond promptly to issues.
• Ensure escort personnel follow all base access, security, and safety procedures.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and workforce availability to support daily IT contractor operations.
• Ensure all required documentation, reports, and deliverables are submitted accurately and on time.
• Maintain a stable and reliable workforce capable of supporting uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure all personnel maintain proper identification, conduct, and professional appearance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience supervising personnel working in controlled or secure environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to be physically present on site within required response time.
• Experience managing schedules, resolving issues, and coordinating directly with government officials.
• Must meet base access requirements and any required training.
