Project Manager - Yorkshire\n\nOur client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-spec commercial fit-out projects across Yorkshire.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading business delivering fast-paced, high-quality commercial schemes within a Tier 1 environment.\n\nThe successful candidate will have a strong Design & Build background and experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover.\n\nKey requirements:\n\nTier 1 fit-out or major commercial refurbishment experience\nStrong client-facing and stakeholder management skills\nExperience leading project teams and supply chain partners\nAbility to manage programmes, subcontract packages and project delivery\nCommercial awareness and understanding of project costs\nProven experience delivering fast-paced commercial projectsSalary & Package:\n\n£75,000 - £90,000 DOE\nCar allowance\nBonus\nPrivate healthcare\nPension\nExcellent long-term progression opportunitiesThis role would suit a driven and personable Project Manager who thrives in a delivery-focused environment and enjoys building strong client relationships
