Job Description

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project success.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Utilize project management software and tools to streamline workflows and maintain documentation.

Overseeing up to 4 team members

The Successful Applicant

Experience with Design Build Construction

Prefer degree in Construction Management, Development, or related field

8+ years of experience in the Construction industry

Role will oversee multiple employees, comfortable with team environment and management

Be commutable to Belmont, NH

Experience with Procore and other related construction software
