This role is ideal for a strong communicator and leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contract requirements
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Resolve conflicts, delays, or unexpected conditions proactively
• Approve invoices, change orders, and manage project documentation
• Monitor performance and profitability to ensure successful delivery

Qualifications and Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• OSHA 30 certification
• 1 + years of experience managing commercial construction projects
