Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience managing large scale software development projects for some of the biggest natural gas companies in the United States.  The Project Manager will take ownership of the implementations, which can last from 6 months to 2 years, starting with building relationships with the client team and internal project team, managing delivery milestones to completion, completing all necessary documentation throughout the project, mitigating risks, and all other activity related to IT project management. The position requires a go getter, hands on mentality.

Your primary job duties will include, among others:

• Manage large scale implementations of software solution for natural gas companies (1-2 year projects);
• Manage & track all activity across multiple clients;
• Manage Development Life Cycle (including unit / functional / user acceptance testing)
• • Dev Team Coordination
  • Employee & Client Training
  • Customer Support & Response Time
  • Client Product Backlogs & Project Plans
  • Documentation related to all the above areas
• Serve as Scrum Master for the team, as well as client projects;
• Utilize Azure DevOps and other PM tools to manage all activity;
• Take proactive action to remove impediments and coordinate meetings / discussions between the team;
• Conduct discussions for new client to understand requirements gathering;
• Manage product backlog for new client, including documentation during meetings;
• Assist with organizing and prioritizing all project work to meet project milestones;
• Assist with support / response times for maintenance clients;
• Assist with project plans and status reports;
• Apply Agile and Scrum principles in all areas;
• Create user guides and other documentation as needed;
• Other items / assistance / automation / improvements as needed.

• Experience managing software development projects
• Experience managing large scale projects
• Experience working in high profile position with clients
• Experience with MS Azure and Devops
